Im In schoo, chillen with 2 friends, The Gare BEAR!!! AND DENISE WHOA! pretty awesome, today i have a busy little schedule.
1. go home and contact scott so he can bring me the new used C.d
2. then, gather friends and walk to roosevelt mall so i can buy the sims bustin' out
3. then go back home and take my brand new cymbals for my drumset and put them on my set and then have a mini practice until tomorrow when we finally get serious.
4. spend time with girlfriend.

Ok, now i call to you for help, i have joined newspaper in school, and edited the last entry. so you need to leave comments and tell me what you think:
Music News
The new Silverstein (well re-release) is now out, and if you have the old one, then you almost know what to expect. Silverstein has mastered a way to switch from aggressive screams of anguish mixed with brutal hardcore music to back it up, to angelic and melodic versus all held together by a voice that's all-too-human. Silverstein has definitely made a mark for themselves, bringing many different types of emotion and putting it all together to give us "When Broken is Easily Fixed", well, once again the release, but if that does not satisfy you, maybe the extra tracks, all new art work and a dvd will.You would be doing yourself a disfavor by not buying it.
Also coming out very soon is the new Used album, "In Love and Death" I'm not crazy about the new song "Take It All Away", but that's not all their sophomore effort has to offer. Picture the first Used album, loud, angry, heart felt...like throwing a stereo out of your 2 story window,and just enjoying the smash and the noise it makes when it hits the ground, it was just that good, right? Well think of that, now add it by a couple hundred and you have "In Love and Death". Beats the first one by a long shot. Everything about it is breath taking, everything down to the art work. Not bad for waiting almost 2 years for it.
In the month of October Straylight Run's debut is coming out. I have already heard the whole thing, it's brilliant, 12 songs of upbeat, very emotional tunes. Pianos and 70's like almost funk guitars go a long way for Straylight Run. Includes all the songs everyone has come to know and love on line, plus more "Something just inspired me to grow up, so i'll write a song" goodness that has brought them to where they are now. A must have for anyone want a change in their musical style, or just looking to have a good time.
If your a fan of The Early November or just very creative and emotional music such as The Postal Service. Check out The Early November front man's side project call I Can Make a Mess Like Nobody's Business.I have heard the album, it's like a soundtrack to a love scene. Imagine a normal rock band, now take out all the instruments other than drums and singing out and add pianos, cellos, bells, whistles, and yes, even finger snapping and that's what you get. 13 songs of thought and creativity. Well worth the money.
For fans of a little band called the Deftones, well the more slower Deftones, or Damien Rice, November 2nd, you should be at your local cd store for Deftones front man Chino Moreno's side project entitled "Team Sleep". I have had the privilege of checking this album out. It's an impressive blend of hip-hop beats, emotional guitars, and beautifully detailed with depressing screeches to complete an album that is the most unique thing I think I have ever heard.

In Related News of Happiness, my school, is amazing, but im still worried the whole passing thing. i dont kno if i can make it. but im gonna try. oh well.

Both MotionCity Soundtrack AND!!! MatchBook Romance have just released acoustic e.p's so check them, both include new and very loved tracks, its out now buy it.

And last but no where near least, Coheed and Cambria Promise something (no one knows what it is) a little surprise by the end of the year, maybe the next issue to the long await in stallment of the story line or new music, ill keep ya posted.

great weekend (besides the fuckin battle rumble on friday against a 5 ft 3 little blonde with the attitude of a wild girzzly bear) she's a doll. just kidding. anyway, this weekend rocked. today me and her well we just chilled and then eventual fell asleep. and it was one of my all time favorite things i ever did with her. i mean of course ive fallen asleep with her or on her. but this time was different. tomrorow is back to school for another week. last week went so slow, and so will this one, the periods of this week are longer. it sucks. oh well. well anyway, i would write more in here but i got a headache, so im gonna go take a shower. by the way its 9:52. |

Here's to another perfect night. coming straight from scott's room to your computer screen which is in your room...(unless you have like..ya' know one computer, but uh, whatever, and your actually in your living room, but i guess that doesnt matter...i...guess) anyway. i got a new name. goodstuff. ill probably update this more often since this one is way cooler than the last. but whatever. anyway, tonight me and the girlfriend went to my dad's, insane night, so amazing, games of pool, robe wearing goodness, some "fun" in the jacuzi.snuggling in the back the car. nothing went wrong. on wednesday it'll be 11 months. never did i think i would be this close to one human. amazning, in the car today i was just feeling her hair, and like how real all of it is. its another human, devoted to my happiness and me to hers. sometimes i dont believe i actually have her, i could be that lucky. but i am. so this is the first entry and i need to say, that i love her..............moving on. 4 big concerts coming up, coheed and cambra which im probably not attending, senses fail W/ silverstein which i probably am attening, taking back sunday is sold out so i hear, and fall out boy in december, plus one year with all around the corner, christmas and ally's birthday, where am i going to get all the money? IM NOT. im gonna fail horribly. and probably screw things up for myself, or me and ally.But whatever the fuck. well im gonna go play video games and listen to some good ol' Emo! |
